Dear Potential Sponsor,
Thank you for taking an interest in helping our league. The Shymkent Little
League is a volunteer, non-commercial, non-governmental organization. The
objective of the league is to teach the children the ideals of good
sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for authority through the sport of
baseball. The league is open to any child between the ages of 9 and 15, free of
charge. After only four years of play, the SLLB has involved over 60 players and
10 adults in providing the children of Shymkent with a productive, worthwhile
pastime.
This year will be the 7th season for our league, and we are hoping to once
again share our baseball experience with teams from Almaty in a Kazakhstan
Little League Baseball All-Star Game. With your help, it could be a great success.
